Birth Doula Support

Support for you on your unique birth journey.  It is my pleasure to help moms and partners feel prepared and even excited for birth through inner work and practical support as their devoted doula and advocate.

Birth Support

Medi-Cal Birth + Postpartum Doula Benefit

I am currently working with LA Care, Health Net, Blue Shield, Cal Optima Community Health Network, and Optum.  This is what the state benefit includes:  

​

  • One initial visit.

  • Up to eight additional visits that may be provided in any combination of prenatal and postpartum visits.

  • Support during labor and delivery (including during miscarriage or loss)  

  • Up to two extended three-hour postpartum visits.

Doula Support

Daytime Postpartum Doula Support

​Support through the vulnerable initiation into parenthood.  My primary approach to postpartum care is to mother the mother as "the soil from which humanity grows"* -Rachelle Seliga
